manyin-sausin (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the mobile application 文言修仙傳 (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following types of information:
Account Information
When you sign in using Google or Apple Sign-In, we receive your name and email address as provided by the authentication provider. We do not collect or store your password. You may also use Guest Mode, which creates an anonymous account identifier without any name or email address; guest progress cannot be recovered after signing out or deleting the App.
Subscription & Payment Information
If you subscribe to premium features, payment is processed entirely by Apple (In-App Purchase, on iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Google Play Billing, on Android). We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account, or other financial details. We receive only a transaction confirmation and subscription status from Apple or Google Play.
Leaderboard Profile
When you choose a cultivation name (仙名) and character avatar, we store them together with your cultivation points (修為) and level on our servers (Google Cloud Firestore). This information is shown publicly to other players on the in-app leaderboard (青雲榜). Please do not use your real name or other personal information as your cultivation name.
Messages with Friends (千里傳音)
If you connect with a friend using their friend code (道號), the messages and quick phrases you exchange are stored on our servers (Google Cloud Firestore) so they can be delivered and so that reported messages can be reviewed. We keep only the most recent 200 messages for each pair of friends. Messages are deleted when either friend ends the friendship, blocks the other, or deletes their account. Guest users can only send preset quick phrases. Reports you file (the reported name or message and the reason) are kept so we can enforce our community rules.
Learning Progress
Your quiz answers, progress, wrong-answer review list, items and settings are stored on your device. Your cultivation points, level and chosen companion pet are sent to our servers for the leaderboard.
Anonymous Usage Statistics
To understand how the free and subscription versions are used, the App counts a few events per day, for example that a device opened the App, reached the daily free limit, viewed the subscription page or completed a subscription. Each event is counted at most once per device per day and is added to an anonymous daily total on our servers. These totals contain no account identifier, name, email address, device identifier or advertising identifier, and cannot be linked to you.
No Advertising or Tracking
The App does not show advertising, does not use third-party analytics or advertising services, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

Deleting your account in the App immediately removes your sign-in account, leaderboard profile, friend code, friendships and messages. Upon receiving a request by email, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymous usage totals cannot be linked to you and are not affected. Cancelling a subscription is done separately in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information using industry-standard security practices, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS) and secure authentication protocols. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
